Oakwood Cemetery encourages all families to schedule cremation burials through their local funeral director. A cremation/urn vault is not required. Many families have already purchased their own burial space, however, we also allow up to two additional cremation burials on an existing grave. If additional cremation burials are requested on an existing grave, other charges may apply. This is based on when the grave was purchased. In addition, permission from the grave purchaser, next of kin, and other family members will be a factor. Your funeral director is best-suited to help you through this process.
